All of our services are tailored to your requirements. Our full service offering can cover an entire property or just one room. Typically the four stages of our full service offering would include:
1. Brief & Proposal
Toni will meet with you to talk through your project in detail. This will ideally be on site to take measurements and photos, ensuring she captures all the necessary information to form the brief. This puts into writing the full scope and requirements of the design.
Once the brief is agreed, Toni will propose her approach and design direction. Including inspirational reference images, concept boards, proposed timings and a cost estimate.
2. The Design, Detail & Sourcing
The design proposal will be tailored to your brief and typically includes:
Style direction
Colour & materials palette
Floor plan and 3D furniture layout
Room designs
Bespoke joinery design (exterior & interior layouts)
Sourcing of new items, e.g., furniture, soft furnishings, storage, lighting, curtains/blinds and decorative accessories
Full item sourcing list
The design proposal will be presented in person
SOURCING, ORDERING & DELIVERY COORDINATION
Inside Ours can manage the entire procurement process — from ordering and delivery tracking to resolving supplier issues or recommending alternatives if needed. All trade discounts are passed directly to you, offering exceptional value and access to premium, tailored options. Support is fully flexible, allowing you to be as hands-on or hands-off as you wish.
3. PROJECT/WORKS BRIEFING, COORDINATION & OVERSIGHT
Inside Ours can recommend contractors, brief and attend site visits, manage quotation collation, contractor appointment, oversee works, scheduling and make regular site visits to ensure quality, timing, and minimal disruption. This service also benefits from sharing trade rates directly, providing budget saving as well as convenience.
4. FINAL INSTALL & STYLING
The final stage – and the absolute best part – installing furnishings, fixtures, furniture, art, accessories and the highly considered layout and styling of all areas. Adding all of the finishing touches to truly bring the vision to life and deliver your dream space.
